Spay/Neuter their cat.

Keep their pet rabies license certificate with their important papers.

Keep their cat confined to their own yard area through cat fencing
boundaries and prevent it from being a nuisance.

Keep the cat's litter box or litter area sanitary.
|
 |
Pick up and remove waste and place it in a proper receptacle.

Prevent their cat from trespassing on neighbors vehicles, boats,
and yard areas.

Prevent pet pregnancy by properly securing their female inside the
house, if the cat is not spayed.

Consider the peace and quiet of their neighbors and do not allow
their cat to yowl and fight with other cats or cause dogs to bark by
wandering on other property.

Never treat an animal cruelly, inhumanely or cause it unnecessary
pain or suffering.
|
 |
When in transit, never transport a cat loose in a car and always
ensure the cat's safety by keeping in a pet carrier for travel.

 |
Never subject an animal to extreme temperatures by leaving an
animal in a vehicle unattended without adequate ventilation.
